An international company from the luxury perfume & cosmetics industry invites its European distributors to its annual convention.

Offering a turnkey solution for the whole event: meeting rooms, exhibition rooms, accommodation, guest transfers, evenings… in a prestigious setting. The customer had high expectations as to the technical organisation of the event and as to its esthetics.

Aside from the meetings held at the CID (Centre International Deauville), the privatization of all the meeting rooms of Hotel Normandy, which also accommodated the guests, enabled the brands to get their specific universes recreated in a luxury and exclusive environment.

The welcome evening took place around refined cocktails and a delightfully vintage “speakeasy” atmosphere. In a marvellous setting, the guests could enjoy the talent of a renowned chef during an exceptional gala dinner, accompanied by a facetious piano.

The musical variations and arpeggios offered by talented musicians as well as by one-day artists cheerfully punctuated that “Extra-Ordinary” evening…
