An international company from the paper industry wishes to inaugurate a “next generation” furnace offering high environmental efficiency. Political figures and industry leaders are invited to attend the event.

Highlighting the environmental dimension of this major investment, straight on the location of the plant.

Creation of a “Green Bubble”, a reception area dedicated to the key moments of this unique event. The setting included the welcome desk for the guests, the stage for the speeches delivered by the leaders, the exhibition area as well as the cocktail lunch.

Each detail was carefully studied.

We favoured natural materials and local suppliers: reception desks made of recycled wood, local gastronomy, green containers…

In this industrial universe where meticulousness and safety are essential, the whole event needed to be managed with utmost precision.

Seeing the guests check the tables from every angle and admire their 100% authentic “raw wood” character. Our care for “natural” details was noted and appreciated .
